Tina Liebling loves helping people get a fair shake in our criminal justice system.

Tina attended Boston University School of Law and graduated with honors. She then began practicing criminal defense in Massachusetts. She soon moved to Illinois, where she worked for the Cook County (Chicago) Public Defender’s Office, handling tough cases, including a death penalty case. She also argued criminal appeals in the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court. Later she moved to Minnesota and opened her own practice, vigorously defending clients charged with everything from shoplifting to murder. Tina has practiced in district courts throughout southeastern Minnesota and before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Since 2005, Tina has represented Rochester in the Minnesota House of Representatives, where she is known for her fearless representation of her district and advocacy for the little guy. She is now a shareholder at Liebow & Liebling, PLLC, where she works on a part-time basis in order to serve clients with her knowledge, skills, experience, and fierce advocacy.
